The short version
- A seat is one operation. One named person accountable for one repeating process, running on your accounts.
- $3,000 per month, per seat. No setup fee. Vendor API costs are paid by you, directly, at cost.
- You own everything. Accounts, playbooks, prompts, automations and data are yours during and after.
- You can leave. No minimum after the first three months, no exit fee, and the month you tell us is the last one you pay.
- A human signs off. Nothing reaches you or your customers unreviewed.
- A website build is a one-off. $1,500 upfront, with a full refund until kickoff. The refund rules are below.
Who this is between
These terms cover your use of systo-ai.com and any service Systo provides to you. "We" and "Systo" mean Systo. "You" means the person or company buying a seat or a website build, or using this site.
Using the site means you accept these terms. Buying a seat means you accept them and the scope we agree in writing at kickoff. Where the two disagree, the written scope wins, because it is specific to your operation.
What a seat covers
One seat is one named operator accountable for one repeating business process, working on your accounts with your logins, producing work you can see on a shared board.
It is not a licence, not a pool of hours, and not an autonomous agent running unattended. A person is responsible for the output. If we cannot define your operation in the first two days of onboarding, we tell you then rather than after a year of invoices.
The first two weeks are setup and produce no client-facing output. That is deliberate and it is described in full on our how we operate page.
What you pay
- $3,000 per month, per seat. Billed monthly in advance.
- No setup fee and no per-seat tooling markup.
- Vendor costs are yours. If an operation needs an API budget, you pay that vendor directly, at cost, and you can see the bill.
- Late payment. We will ask before we stop. We do not disable anything without telling you first.
What you own
All of it. Accounts are created in your name from day three of onboarding. The playbook, the prompts, the skills, the automations, the configurations and the data are yours while we work together, and they remain yours afterwards, with no licence back to us and no fee to release them.
We do not hold systems hostage. If the only reason you are still paying us is that leaving would be painful, we have already failed at the job.
Anything Systo publishes as open source stays under its own licence, which is MIT for the skills at systo-ai.com/skills. That is separate from your engagement and nothing here restricts it.
What you are responsible for
- Access. Giving us the accounts and permissions the operation needs, and removing them when we finish.
- Accuracy. The facts, claims and data you ask us to work from.
- Legality. That the operation is lawful where you run it, and that you hold the rights to any material you give us.
- Your own compliance. Sector rules that apply to you apply to work we do for you. Tell us about them at kickoff.
AI output, honestly
We use AI models to do parts of this work. Models are wrong sometimes, and confidently so. That is why a human reviews output before it ships and why our QA checklist exists in public.
Review reduces that risk. It does not remove it. We do not warrant that output is error free, and we do not present model output as professional advice in any regulated field. Where a decision carries legal, financial or medical weight, it needs a qualified human, and that human is not us unless we have said so in writing.
We do not train models on your data. What we send to which vendor, and why, is described on our privacy page.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to run your operation. We will not name you as a client publicly without your say so. Where we publish numbers about our own work, they are aggregated and anonymous unless you have agreed otherwise in writing.
What we will not do
- Run unattended. No operation ships output with no human accountable for it.
- Take an undefined seat. If we cannot name the operation, we will not sell you one.
- Keep selling a seat that is not working. We will say so first, because you will work it out eventually and it is cheaper for us to be the one who said it.
- Impersonate anyone, generate content designed to deceive, or work that breaks the terms of a platform you depend on.
How it ends
- No minimum term after the first three months.
- No exit fee, and no final invoice beyond the month you used.
- Tell us during a month and that month is the last one.
- Handover is included, not charged for. The exit checklist on how we operate is what you run to verify it.
We can end an engagement too, with the same notice, and we will say why. If we end it mid-month for our own reasons, we refund the unused part of that month.
The website build
The $1,500 website build is a one-off, separate from a seat. It is paid upfront through Whop, our checkout provider, and covers one website with the scope listed on the offer: the design, the build, forms wired into the platform you already run, hosting and a database, animation and motion, and free-licence stock images and icons. Custom apps, portals and ongoing changes are seat work and are not part of it. Your domain stays yours: you register it and pay for it on your own account.
Your brand assets come from you: your logo, brand colours, photos and any copy you already have. Anything made from scratch, such as a logo, 3D models, illustrations or custom imagery, is not part of the $1,500. We quote it separately before starting, it is billed on its own, and the refund rules below do not cover it.
Kickoff is the call or WhatsApp conversation where we confirm your scope and start building.
Refunds
- Before kickoff: a full refund. Ask any time before kickoff and all $1,500 comes back. You do not need a reason.
- After kickoff: no refund. From kickoff we are designing and building, and that time cannot be handed back. If something is wrong, tell us and we fix it.
- If we are late: $500 back. Your site should be live within 5 days of kickoff. If it is not, for a reason on our side, you can ask for $500 back and we still finish it. Days spent waiting on your content, logins or domain do not count.
- How to ask. Email kyle@systo-ai.com or message Kyle on WhatsApp. Refunds go back to the way you paid, through Whop.
If you are unhappy, talk to us before you talk to your bank. A chargeback freezes the money for both of us for months. An email usually fixes it the same day.
Liability
We are liable for our own work. Our total liability for any claim connected to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for outages and changes at third party platforms we do not control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects a live engagement we will tell you before it applies to you, not after. The version on this page is the current one and the date below is when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New York, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Before anyone involves a court, email us. Almost everything is a conversation that has not happened yet.
